The property is owned and operated by Gabi, a painter, and Dani, a designer specializing in unique furniture surfaces. This artist couple purchased the building two years ago to create a space that serves as their residence, studio, and short-term rental apartments. The building originally operated as a factory producing honey-based products. The new owners had thoughtfully renovated the complex to preserve its modernist charm, honoring the careful craftsmanship of its previous proprietor.

The holiday apartments have completely separate entrances, accessible from a parallel street, ensuring privacy and independence from the rest of the complex. The building stretches between two streets, making it uniquely designed for both shared and private use.
