The living room lights don't work you will be eating in the dark, one of the kitchen rangehood lights don't work, kitchen splashback lights don't work, not all ceiling lights in the bedroom work, the bathroom has a disgusting smell coming from the drains, toilet roll holders are placed in ridiculous positions, no soap or shampoo holders in the shower, toilets are so small you will struggle to use it. The host did not act despite receiving messages about these issues.

This property is doing a very sketchy business here. First, there is no hot water in the house, which means it’s impossible to take a shower. Second, the sink in the bathroom stuck. And the bathroom smells very bad. Third, the lights in the living room doesn’t work. We stayed there for 2 nights, so after we found the all issues, we tried to contact the property immediately. But nobody reply to our messages. Messages sent to the guy who opened our door was marked as read but no reply. We contact the Expedia, but Expedia said they contact the property multiple times but the property doesn’t approve.

Good stay, Bad Check In

This one went both ways. I had been communicating with Vadym before I arrived in Milan. My flight was to arrive at 9:10 pm and I made it clear to him that I would get to the apartment as fast as I could from the airport. I understood there was a late check in fee if you arrived after 9:30. I messaged Vadym as I was getting off the plane and again my ETA when I got in the taxi. I got to the apartment around 9:35 and no one was there. I called and messaged multiple times with no response. Finally he responded and said he was on his way. He got there after I had waited almost an hour and told me his scooter ran out of gas. I understand things happen and I'm willing to forgive that, but then he told me I had to pay a late check in fee. I asked if he was serious and said I didn't want to pay it, and he said I had to anyway and that he would send me a link. Good luck getting that payment from me. Location was perfect, price was better than all the hotels, and the apartment was clean and sufficient for what I needed. I did find that other people's reviews about the shower being small were accurate. And there was nowhere to put shampoo/soap (luckily they had a big rainfall showerhead so I put it on top of that, but if it falls good luck bending over to get it. Toilet was also hard for me to use, I'm 6'3 250lbs and it is tucked behind the shower and radiator, but I figured it out. Honestly I would stay there again. Hopefully next time they will be more punctual.

I was surprised to be hit with an additional charge of Euro 46 when I checked in. This is despite Hotels.com sending me confirmation that all charges are already pre-paid. Left a bad taste. Bathroom in the unit is TOO CRAMPED. Tiny shower with no place to keep soap. Terribly small space for the toilet. Cannot even reach the toilet roll from the seat.

Unterkunft hat gestunken als ob da vorher drin ein kettenraucher gelebt hatte. Zudem gab es Schimmelbildung im Bad. Wollmäuse an den kanten der Wände.

Donnez un téléphone qui ne répond jamais ,attendre 3 heures pour obtenir après des démarches répétées les clés du logement , logement à peine propre avec une poubelle non vidée ,une salle d’eau non nettoyée une absence de télévision …bref une bauge que je n’oserais proposer à personne..un remboursement s’imposerait…

Ótima localização, mas bom apenas p/duas pessoas

A localização é excelente, mas o banheiro tem um bom muito pequeno e uma privada em espaço muito reduzido. O sofá para o terceiro hóspede é muito desconfortável.
