Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety or flavor. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which made the overall atmosphere quite unwelcoming. Cleanliness was also below expectations — the room didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

No AC in room. Even after 2 technicians work on it. Very warm in the room. Had to change room late evening because of noise from adjacent room, very thin walls. Nice staff, tried their best, but didn't resolve the issues.

Stay before the airport

We stayed here before we went to the airport to fly out of Italy. It was a great place for a quick stay and we were able to get food from their restaurant, which made it easy for us when we had a long travel day. The shuttle service was also amazing, which took us from the train station the night before, and then took us to the airport the following day. Sahib Singh was fantastic!

Room needs some work. Painting need to happen. Shower head was in the wrong spot . Glass door rubber gasket didn’t meet the tub so when you turned on the water, the whole bathroom got wet. Would have liked vending machines because there’s nothing really around there. And ice machine .
