Room with a View in Milan

This was such a great hotel, and convenient as it is next to the main train station. My view from the room was excellent, I could not have asked for more. Room was comfortable, the bed, pillows everything was perfect. Quiet throughout the day and was able to sleep.

We did not like this hotel, building is old, our bathroom door was broken and would not close , sinks would not drain well, we informed the front office and they supposedly fixed the door but as soon as we opened it , it broke again and never worked for duration of our stay, bathroom floor was stained and dirty. They didn’t offer to change our room.

Ac wasn’t working it was too hot, they didn’t clean up the room, it took over 20 min to get a hold of someone in order to get towels , and at the end I have to get them myself with the cleaning lady ,
