The hotel is located in the best area. The Galleria shopping mall and all the best tourist attractions are within walking distance. However, they are doing construction and you hear noise all day long starting from 7:30 AM. One evening we heard Construction as late as 11:30 PM.

They put me in a room next to a construction site with no double glazing. The first night I was woke up by noise in the construction site at 24:30 and the second night at 2:00am by the same noise. Then the full construction site started working each morning at 7:00am and kept going all day with jackhammering. I couldn’t even have a work phone call in the room. To top this up late at night I could hear very loud noise from the corridor because the room are very poorly insulated.

Beautiful hotel at an excellent location with perfect view of the shopping center, 5 minute walk to the train station , upstairs from all the luxury boutiques , the bathroom was so beautiful and large. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back here

The location is very convenient, but the hotel did not honor my request to have adjoining/adjacent rooms and we were without heat for our visit - in December. The lack of compassion about the issues was unacceptable

I had a short stay from Nov 6-8 and wished I stayed longer. Such a fabulous location, great view and attentive service. Check in was a breeze and the concierge gave me two helpful maps for my stay At first, I was a bit weary about using the WhatsApp number vs a hotel phone - but it actually works out better as you can ask questions whenever. I was able to request an ironing board, help with the iron (I didn't have the dial properly adjusted) and room service. When I got back home, I realized I forgot to pack a dress and the concierge was able to locate it for me and they are sending it back via DHL this week.

Property needs updating. Bathroom has visible mildew and mold plus shower had no pressure. Visible other repairs needed like door handle loose, screws loose paint fading. Also propert next door under renovation so constant noise during the day starting at 7.30 Am! Way too early!! Not acceptable
