Just a 15-minute walk from Lambrate Station, the apartment is a 5-minute drive from the Cancer Institute and a 10-minute drive from San Raffaele Hospital. Recently renovated and furnished, it boasts all the features needed for a short or long stay: a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a smart TV, a double bedroom with a balcony, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a second TV, a bathroom with a window and a bathtub/shower combination, and a large closet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, internet, and all kitchen appliances. It's ideal for extended stays because it has all the comforts of home: a washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, espresso machine, gas stove, vacuum cleaner, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and independent heating, as well as bed linens and towels. On the terrace you can eat at the table under the umbrella, in a well-protected area offering privacy.

Parking is available in the private garage on floor 1 upon request; the parking space measures 2.5 x 5 meters; we recommend checking the dimensions of your vehicle.
