The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was near a train stations. But there is no shops nearby so no where to get things like drinks except the bar which is pretty expensive. I think it was like £4 for a small can of coke. The only place to get food except the restaurant (which opened at 7) is the mcdonald's which while not far is kinda annoying to get to

Where to start? The property is inconveniently far away from the city center. Is kind of hard to move around if you don't understand the transportation system. At the restaurant the food is bad and the drinks at the bar are bad also. Definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great Stay

Very attentive and let us in to our room half an hour earlier. Room was very clean and spacious. Great quiet location outside the city centre with a 5 minute walk to a train station or a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway station.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before so I thought I’d stay there again as I was familiar with the transport however this time we didn’t have a good experience. Staff and lovely and the hotel rooms are amazing but every day at 7am there was little children running up and down the corridor. Maybe it was just the 2nd floor but it was horrible waking up at 6.45am every day to children when you go away to relax. On our last visit we stayed on the 9th floor and we had no noise complaints at all but this visit was not as nice as we expected

Lovely hotel

Pros: Very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and understanding. They were very helpful with regards to any extra amenities we needed, and were also available at all hours of the day. Cons: Room service wasn’t working in the entire hotel. One of the rooms kept flooding after anyone used the shower.

Served its purpose. We wanted somewhere to stay while we visited Milan and it served its purpose although the hotel definitely doesn’t look like the pictures in reality. It’s very empty - not much to do and very basic. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere. It’s fairly close to the train station but we used the metro to get around and it’s a good 20 minute walk from the metro station. The stop to get to this hotel is the last one so it really isn’t close to anything in Milan so if we were to go again I’d definitely choose a more central hotel. Drinks in the bar were extortionate - 18€ each for a gin & tonic. 16€ pp for breakfast if you book the night before, we didn’t try the breakfast as we ate out every day (McDonald’s do 1€ croissants & 1.20€ coffee!). There is a small restaurant for dinner but again we ate out or ordered Deliveroo to the hotel so didn’t try the food. The rooms are a good size, we took our baby and were provided with a cot. Floors were very dirty which wasn’t nice but overall it had everything we needed.

Didn’t impress. Not returning.

I stayed here 7 years ago several times. The rooms haven’t aged well, and the area felt unsafe. Security guards didn’t seem to do much but bother you if you took to long to load your suitcases in your car. Staff struggled to locate my reservations initially. Restaurant and breakfast is crazy expensive. Area seems post apocalyptic.
