When we arrived at the hotel we found out that our room was not in the hotel but in a residential building a few hundred meters away which they called dependance They gave us three keys to enter the building and to get to the room which it was not easy to find and it was hard to open The apartment had many small rooms and it was not welcoming at all The room was horrible It looked like an old Italian hospital room for geriatric old people It was dirty and smelly and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were cheap and the comforter was thin and ugly There was an extra blanket in the cheap armoire but it was dirty and dusty so we didn’t use it The room was super loud as every time a guest would enter the apartment it would had to open two loud doors and to make things worse when they took a shower or flash the toilet you could hear it very loud We didn’t sleep at all Horrible experience When I checked out I try to share our experience with the young man and the grind desk and it look irritated by my comments To make this experience even more horrible I asked him to store two small little bags and when I came back they wanted to charge us 5 euros I traveled all over the world and this place is probably one of the worst Stay away from this place It’s an awful

Nice hotel but we have to transfer from the main building to the other. And have to go back to the main building to eat breakfast. Not so convenient if you carry heavy luggage. The staff are friendly. I did not expect that we will have shared bathroom. So please review your booking information before you book. Wouldn't mind to stay again but I will choose the main building next time. Breakfast is good with cold cuts, bread, jams, juices, egg, cheese, fruits, coffee.

Located minutes from the subway, neat and clean, Front desk very polite, courteous, breakfast was decent. Will stay again and recommend to stay. Walking distance to Central Railway Station, super market, other stores.

disappointed one night stay , wifi very slow not the real hotel building ! we moved to a differet building from the real hotel. no air conditioned in the warm day . Telephone not working to call the reception .

Nice/clean/safe small hotel close to metro&train

Very good value for money. This is obviously a family run business, so there is a kind of feeling-at-home atmosphere. Very nice and helpful staff anyway. The hotel is in good condition. Nice backyard garden to chill out. There is also a small bar from where you can get drinks/coffee. Close to metro and central station. Safe area (even if close to the station) and a lot of eating options. Only downside was the small bathroom and a bit noisy in the morning when other guests are leaving early, though very little traffic on the street so quiet from this side. I would stay there again and I can warmly recommend the place.

Great location as long as you don't stay inside!

The hotel was equivalent to a hostel with very small rooms and shower. The front reception was inconsistent with 1 staff being very friendly and welcoming but upon check-out another being quite abrupt and rude. The location is great as it's in a busy shopping area down-town.
