Average hotel close to the train station

Checkin was ok. However i paid my city taxes on arrival but staff was side tracked and didnt mark ut off ao they trued to ask for ut on checking out so always ask for reciept of payment. Room was nice loved tge big deep bath. Requested a kettle and some tea bags and sone ice which was promptly bought to room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok had enough variety to get anyone through the day. Lifts are very slow we had one not working so alot of pressure on the ones that were working. Basic checkout other than being asked for the city taxes again lucky tge staff memeber that i paid them to was working that day and confirmed i had paid. We were able to have our bags held as we had a late train which was good however when we returned to collect them they had a bus load of people arrive and trying soneobe to get our bags out was a nightmare, almost missed our train, lucky ut us so close to the train station. Overall just an average hotel.

When we entered the room, we felt perfect as the view is good. Unfortunately, later, we found the room is full of ants in the morning. They were on the floor and even went into our suitcase. It caused us more than an hour to clean up. It is terrible.

I would not recommend this hotel for the price room was small the sink backed up and the shower and tub was very difficult to get in and out. The shower water was not very regulated kept going from hot to cold had to keep adjusting it. It was conveniently located close to train station but I’m sure there are better options. Restaurants are close several places to choose from.

The staff were very nice especially the restaurant/bar staff. We did have a huge stain on the duvet cover of our bed and we asked twice to have it changed but no one ever came to change it. So that was disappointing.

The ac in the room never got cool. The room stank as the carpet on the floor was damp. Called and went down to reception but was given a lame excuse that he was resetting the ac which never got cool and they were completely sold out. Imagine having to sleep in a warm stinky room, which was not cheap btw. At Eur 200+ I expect better than this!

Super conveniently located across from the train station. Aside from that, nothing special. Staff was cold and disorganized. There was one woman in the front desk who was especially rude and I noticed it with other guest too. The hotel appeared cuter in photos than it actually was- they’re going for a chic boutique feel but it felt outdated and inhospitable. Breakfast is offered at an extra price, I recommend skipping it and go to a nearby place for coffee and a bite for breakfast.

Great location by the train station and close to restaurants and Repubblica and walking distance to Brera. Room was fresh, clean and spacious. However, it seems to be designed for pretty pictures/Instagram rather than practical use. A lot of the finishes, veneers etc in the corridors and around the elevators very badly scuffed. Breakfast was excellent. I stay in Milan occasionally for work and this was my first time in Glam. Would book it again.

Convenient location across the street from the main train terminal. Large bedroom, tall windows, & double sinks were highlights. Poor shower design results in bathroom floor flooding after every shower. Buffet breakfast was amazing with numerous hot/cold options. All-you-can drink Prosecco if that’s your thing in the morning.
