Glam hotel

The hotel is very close to Milano centrale which was very convenient for us. The only downsides of this hotel was that the windows cannot be opened which made the room feel like a sauna (even with the air con on), the dressing table had dirt underneath the glass top which was a bit gross and finally the request for a king bed was just 2 single beds squeezed together.

We stayed at Hotel Glam Milano for two nights. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its convenient location right across from Milano Centrale, which made getting around the city very easy. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower handle and sink tap had visible calcium buildup and some mold, which should have been addressed before our stay. On our second day, all the bottles of soap, shampoo, and body wash were removed from the bathroom and not replaced. When I called reception to report this, the response was quite dismissive—the staff member interrupted me mid-sentence and simply asked what I wanted before saying they’d send someone up. Overall, while the location is great, our experience was affected by the lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service

The hotel is very situated close to Milano Central Station. There are plenty of dining options available nearby. The hotel itself is relaxed and friendly. My room overlooking the Square was delightful.

The air conditioning was not working, nothing could be resolved, the hotel’s solution was opening the windows, being located next to the Milano Station which is extremely noisy, no one in my party slept that night. Terrible customer service.

Not an enjoyable place to stay. The decor leaves something to desire, gaudy colours in the room and hallways. As for breakfast it was like entering a nightclub, loud music everyone talking extra loud, not a nice start to any day, glad I didn't have a hangover.

The hotel is situated a short distance from the central train station, the check was slow, our room was bright with an excellent shower the beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet no noise from other rooms or corridors.

Walked straight out if the train station, crossed the street and into the hotel. Had a two roomed quadruple room. Nice bed, air conditioning, and a mini fridge. Easy walk to the milan duomo. Would definitely come back for convenience.

Stayed here 5 nights, and it was one of the 2 worst hotels I stayed at in Italy. Main problem is the lack of service, the sketchy area, and the staff seemingly bothered by you. Ordered room service, the menu says margarita pizza 12€, but when it got to my room it was 20€, they charged an additional 8€ to deliver it but it doesn’t say it anywhere on the menu, I would’ve walked to the bar and gotten it myself had I known. Called down to the front desk because my bath tub was missing the lever to enable water to come out the bath tub faucet, the girl who answered had an attitude but whatever, she said she would send someone up, 30 mins later no one come by, I call again, she says someone is on their way, no one came. I ran it through the showerhead. Called back down and asked for someone to fix it tomorrow while I was out she said of course…no one fixed it. Water is not free and for a small bottle is 3€ in the room. No kettle in the room or anything. Overall for the price I think this is a bad hotel. You’ll get attitude from the teenage staff and everything costs additional and nothing is complimentary. Breakfast is 18€ a day, other places I stayed it was free. This is an expensive hotel that is actually very cheap. I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else for your money. The metro is great everywhere so no need to stay here just for that.

This was the 4th hotel I stayed at during my time in Italy and the most expensive. By far the worst one though. Every hotel I stayed at in Rome and Florence included free waters in the room and breakfast every morning with a menu, it was included. Here there is nothing free. Breakfast is 18€ per day which is hilariously bad. Water in the room is not free and is 3€ a small bottle. There is no kettle or anything in the rooms, and you can see dust and dirt around the edges of the room almost everywhere. Honestly was amazed at the lack of complimentary water and breakfast as this hotel isn’t cheap, but it treats you very cheaply. The bathroom doesn’t include a normal amount of shower gel for cleaning in the shower. Every hotel I stayed at before had a large pump handle bottle in the shower. Here you get 1 tiny shot glass size bottle of shower gel, and 3 similar sized of shampoo and conditioner only big enough for one small use. The tub also was missing the handle to have water come out of the faucet, so I couldn’t have a bath, only a shower. The area is pretty sketchy at night, right across from the train station and metro is nice but you’re not close to the good attractions of the city, and at night twice now I’ve been asked by people and approached while leaving the metro for cigarettes and such. Not awful but sketchy. The other hotels more central are safer. Honestly I would stay somewhere else. For what you pay you don’t get your moneys worth

The shower was amazing. The property was fashionable. The towels were fluffy. We had amazing views of the piazza from our room. The bed was a little uncomfortable.
