MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (105 €) has to be paid by guests.

Upon arrival you will find :
✓ Beds made with fresh and clean bed linen
✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
Once the initial supply has been finished, guests will have to provide independently

IMPORTANT
About 7 to 10 days before your arrival, we will finalize the check-in details with you.
Guest Registration Process - You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law.
It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

TOURIST TAX to be paid in cash on arrival - it's compulsory and is paid to the Municipality of Milan.
It corresponds to € 6.30 per person per night - the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS AND HOSPITAL PATIENTS EXEMPT)

Reception and key delivery inside the flat by appointment only.

CHECK-IN ON APPOINTMENT BETWEEN 2PM and 8PM - to communicate at least 4/7 days before
