Silent studio apartment surrounded by greenery in a splendid setting with shared swimming pool, a few steps from the MM1 Precotto stop.
A short distance away we find the MM1 Precotto stop and the bus stops 51, 86 and 174
The area formed by the Precotto district is rich in history and charm and even today in some glimpses you can breathe the air of the small village.
The neighborhood is characterized by the park of Villa Finzi, a true green lung, the Crespi Morbio Foundation, inside which there is the Officina Theatre, the Piazza dei Piccoli Martiri with the Monastery of the Poor Clares and the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena.
In the area there are also several typical restaurants such as Trattoria San Filippo Neri, Trattoria Madonnina and Acquacheta.
Also worth a visit is the Spazio Cairoli 12 which houses a restaurant, a bar, a farm with animals, a children's playground, a library, a theatre, a conference room and much more.

The apartment of approximately 35 m2 is quiet and bright and has a terrace overlooking the condominium greenery.
Upon entering we find a wardrobe with two doors, a comfortable desk with a single bed on the mezzanine, a single bed with a pull-out which can also be used as a double bed, an armchair, a table for 2 people and a television area.
We then find a large storage room with two wardrobes and a separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob.
The bathroom with window is complete with a large shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and has a lovely terrace equipped with a table for two people.
From November 2024 to March 2025 the apartment will be offered at a discounted price because it is undergoing renovation work on the balconies.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning for pets, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
