Good but…

All good except couple of points: Staff at breakfast didn’t seem to understand allergens (we have peanut/tree nut allergy so 5&8). EG Staff suggested the baguette had hazelnuts inside (which we’ve never come across before and was probably incorrect), but better to be cautious. The gym whilst small was OK and as advertised but really warm, so sweating even before working out.

Absolutely horrible experience. As soon as we checked in we found the room to be extremely hot. The front desk said give it time. After two hours the room was still hot. I went to the front desk to see what we could do. One of the associates came back to the room to find the fan was not blowing and the room was hot. We went to dinner, so they could work on it. When we got back we were told they resolved it. The first night we slept with a room at 24.9c. We second day we were out on an all day trip so I was told they would look again. When we got back at 730pm they told us they had it good and it was cold when they checked an hour before. The room was 23.0c, went back to the desk and was told they could change my room but it would be the same. This was a suite with a hot tub and sauna in the room. These would have been nice if we could use them, but if you turned either on, or took a long hot shower the temp in the room would spike. Day three after speaking with the Manager and him arguing with me as to what a decent temp in the room is for sleeping, they changed us to an exec suite that was much cooler

Stayed 3 nights. 2nd night midnight, false fire alarm went off - was out for 30min+. 3rd night, upstair room was making chair dragging noise until 1am, after that some mechanic eruption noise went on every hour or so from 1am to 5am. I didn’t get any sleep that night and went to airport directly.

Stayed here for two night to conclude my honeymoon trip. When we checked in, we opted in for a room upgrade for a small fee. That night we found out the AC did not work in the room and it was too hot in the room not to open the windows. Would not recommend this to anyone as the mosquitos at night can be pretty bad, I got bitten atleast 10 times. Next day we informed the front desk about the air not working. After about an hour they informed us we could move to another suite, but we would have to wait until one is cleaned. They then gave us the offer of getting the upgrade money back and staying in the room we have with no AC or moving rooms and getting no money back. Not accommodating and I feel they could care less about our room problems. Nice area to stay in but I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Great hotel great location perfect for a short getaway to Milan the hotel location is perfect rooms are wonderful nice breakfast. With all greatness I have a few comments that needs some attention Gym need improvement especially on weight lifting While the bed was very comfortable the pillows not so much. Not enough closet space and the last one is the lighting especially for my wife trying to put on some make up. I do have one more point about the private spa that was closed permanently a few months ago. When we booked the room the private spa was still published on the hotel website
