Absolutely love this boutique hotel! Everything was perfect—strategic location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, a quiet and spotless room, and a high-quality breakfast. The staff also provided great restaurant recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable. The reception team arranged a taxi in no time, allowing me to catch my train without stress. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and will definitely return on my next trip!

My parents and I had a wonderful time at The Street, the level of service from the staff was outstanding. They were so attentive and kind and always so accommodating. The location is optimal and walking distance to the Duomo and shopping. It’s the perfect boutique hotel!!

This property is really good and very convenient as it is in the heart of where you want to be but the only down side was the inconvenience of no immediate drop off or pick up on the main door nor there was a designated person to help with the luggage.

One of the nicest staff in this hotel, Hotel is in prime location to get to the Duomo, along with transport links. From the airport, it took 25 minutes to get to the hotel. Very good for price. I used this hotel to propose to my partner, the hotel staff really helped a lot, guided my through public holidays and popular/quiet times in the city. I would definitely come back here as a memory. There are very goo local food places, even next to the airport. When it comes to shopping, the places are very conveniently nearby. Perfect hotel.

Perfect location and great service!

Loved this property. It was perfect for a short stay in Milan. walking distance to Duomo and lots of other great sites. The proactive communication via What's App was really helpful and that staff was always responsive with detailed information. Rebecca was the sweetest. One thing to note during the day the drop off is a short walk from the property due to pedestrians. However our early morning pick up for the the airport that we scheduled with the staff was right at the front door. In all highly recommend this location.

Stay here! Great hotel and staff!

Incredible hotel with fantastic staff (all but especially Rebecca and Giulia), could not recommend the place more. Room was great with plenty of room and great amenities in the bathroom/shower. I had a medical episode while staying here and they helped so much with getting paramedics and doctors to me. Rebecca was great on check-in, describing the area and giving recommendations without being pushy. Staff were helpful in finding out if we were needing attraction tickets (can be difficult, book well in advance if possible or check everyday). Hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to the main attractions or transport routes. It can get a little busy in the street outside at times (popular food choices outside) but isn’t an issue. Would highly recommend this hotel and will use again if we return!

An amazing hotel with spacious rooms with great beds, well-appointed bathroom and interesting (in a good way!) Italian contemporary furniture. Location can't be beat being about a 5 minute walk from the Duomo and with it the subway station just 4 stops away from the train station. But by far the best part of the hotel is the amazing staff -- very welcoming, extremely helpful in offering suggestions on restaurants and things to do -- DEFINITELY made a great hotel even more amazing. Would definitely go back!

We stayed for two nights and the customer service was excellent. Amira and Rebecca were very attentive to our needs and were always available through WhatsApp if we needed anything. The location is perfect. Right next to the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Tons of restaurants at walking distance and, although in a busy street, the rooms were quiet. We were upgraded to a bigger room and it was huge. Really recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Milan’s historic center.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel located in the heart of Milan. Tremendous room and accommodation but what really sets it apart is the service and attention to detail. They provided recommendations and arranged my logistics every step of the way, even down to arranging my Area C charge for my hire car which is required when driving in the centre of the city. Wonderful and very helpful staff really made my stay very enjoyable and will definitely stay there again
