This studio is perfect for the traveler that just wants a comfortable place to eat sleep and go to the beach without the hassle of driving or sitting in traffic. Studio is not the Palace hotel nor is it a 5 star unit. But its professionally cleaned, comfortable and Its nicely decorated. It has a full refrig, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and outdoor BBQ for cooking. If you have stayed at a beach cottage this is it.... PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO STOVE OR KITCHEN SINK so use paper products OR wash dishes in bathroom sink.

This unit is not in the basement, its a Walkin studio from the street or carport. If not fully satisfied you will be fully reimbursed minus two nights.

Beach house

Parking was on the street. Couldn't locate a space. Beach was limited to a strip of beach. This was between 2 bldgs.

Not a good rental in the winter.

The property said it was a studio apartment. It did not state that it was in a basement in the winter. We had to sleep with sweats on and did not even try to take a shower because it was too cold. The electrical in the unit was scary and most likely not up to code.
