Looking for that perfect getaway with spectacular views in all directions? From our many decks and expansive windows you'll enjoy the sunrise over Prime Hook Wildlife Preserve. The combination of a spacious new home with a serene beach and wildlife area right outside the door, will have you forgetting all your worries. Our new beach home is ready to host your large family or group of friends in comfortable style. An added bonus is that we provide all the bed linens, bath and beach towels.

Isäntä edellyttää, että suoritat seuraavat toimet ennen uloskirjautumista:
Poista petivaatteet käytetyistä sängyistä ja kerää käytetyt pyyhkeet
Poista tähteeksi jääneet ruoat ja juomat ja vie roskat ulos
Sammuta valot ja lukitse ovet

Talon säännöt

No unauthorized guests/gatherings allowed only those listed in the rental agreement may stay unapproved guests incur a $150 fee per person, per night.
No parties/events allowed unless approved in writing by host. $100 fine per guest may apply at host’s discretion.
Any violation may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all rental fees and deposits, and potential legal action.

Our weekend stay was effortless! The best stocked and decorated rental our group has been to! We loved the views from the decks for sunrise and sunset, the proximity to the beach and enough space for 10 adults to spread out! Highly recommend staying at Monica’s place! She was responsive and hospitable. Would love to come again in the future.

This house exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully designed and decorated with a coastal vibe. There are so many nice extras such as a coffee station with nespresso and keurig pods, coffee pot, syrup flavors, etc. There are games like ping pong and scrabble and lots of beach gear. The roof deck is an awesome spot to relax.We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. There was plenty of space for a few families. The girls loved the bunk room. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. We’re hoping to stay again next year. Thank you!

Perfect vacation

Our big group of friends had an amazing time and Monica’s home for the weekend. Everything was perfect from the house, to the beach, to the local Primehook community. There were a couple of simple things (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels) that we needed to grab some more of, because what was provided didn’t seem like it would last for the weekend, but those were easy to pick up at the local Food Lion. All in all, amazing VRBO and a great spot for a beach vacation.

Well equipped and spacious!!!

I am very impressed with this property. It is airy, spacious, and well decorated. (Love the shark cushions!) There was EVERYTHING you might need--utensils, appliances, games, BBQ things, beach things, ping-pong, etc. (We were in town for a wedding so we didn't even get to go to the beach or do any cooking or grilling, but it was amazing to see all the kitchen equipment, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. We did make coffee, and we were grateful for the large selection of coffee!) We had 12 people in the house but it didn't feel crowded with the 5 nice big bedrooms and numerous beds. Having 3 levels of bedrooms/living areas (plus the ground floor game area) gave plenty of room for us to spread out. We particularly loved the giant Scrabble game!! I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!!!!!

40th Birthday Family Weekend

We rented the Green Street Coastal Retreat for my 40th birthday and my family and I had the best time. The property looked exactly like the pictures and the house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of and more. You could tell the owners thought through everything to ensure anyone visiting would have an amazing experience. The house was also very spacious and all 12 (adults) in my family had plently of room to move around. We especially loved the rooftop deck. I brought yoga mats and led a small morning session for my family and we listened to the beach waves while breathing easy. We did have a small issue with the water in the house being shut off due to a water main break in a neighboring town, however within two hours it was back up and running. Throughout the process, Monica was responsive and helpful. She was very easy to work with. What a wonderful home and location, we look forward to renting this property again.

Beautiful beach house!

We had a wonderful week at Monica’s beach house! A baseball tournament brought us to the area so we decided to make a week vacation out of it and it was a treat! The home is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need or want! We will definitely be back next year! For reference we played at Sports at the Beach and the commute was very easy, with little to no traffic to and from the field!

We had a group of parents and teenagers stay there for a sporting event. It was lovely and accessible to the beach. The downstairs area was so fun and perfect for the girls! Monica was awesome. We hope to be back!!!

She is beauty, she is grace

Usually, a property looks much better in the listing than IRL, but this gem is even better in person. You can tell the owners have put their all into making their home not only look beautiful, but function seamlessly. Each floor is well appointed and well thought out. The garage bonus space is stocked with everything you could need for a successful beach day and for relaxing in afterward. And THAT COUCH. Communication was wonderful and would definitely recommend for a multi-family vacation. Noise travelled a bit from floor to floor, but nothing a few area rugs couldn't fix. 5 stars all around.

Great spot!

The property is like it was just built yesterday. It has great spaces for hanging out and was well equipped in the kitchen and with beach chairs. One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at relative to the pictures. We had a small ant problem and upon bringing it to the managers attention it was addressed immediately. She came out to the property personally and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this property!

Lacrosse Tournament Stay

We were in the area due to a lacrosse tournament. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully set up for guests. Extra beach towels, a couple of different coffee pots, comfortable beds, awesome layout, and access to the beach. We appreciated all the extra touches the hosts provided and enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to get away from the Rehobeth hotel strip and enjoy quality time with friends and family. Thank you!
