Cozy River Spot in a Quaint New England Village

The main feature we love about the house is that it sits on a river perfect for summer dipping and exploring. There is also a nice, big fire pit near the river. The bedrooms are all of modest size which encourages our family to convene together in the recent living room addition, which is semi-open to both the diving room and kitchen. That is where it feels best to do most of the living. We have an ample mudroom/foyer for getting out of wet and dirty clothes in inclement weather. If visiting in the winter, we have a wonderful West German wood-burning stove that creates the perfect "hygge" experience. If visiting in the summer, the berries and/or fruit trees may be producing, which you are welcome to pick.
