As with all FRB Rentals, our kitchen is stocked to the gills with everything you would need to cook, grill and bake. You'll also find 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There's room enough for the whole family and your dogs too!

1st Floor: Main bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, 1/2 bath, kitchen and family room.
2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms, laundry and bathroom with shower/tub.
There are only 2 steps up from parking to 1st floor. (see front of house photo)

If gourmet COOKING is your passion, then this is the get away spot for you. We include a well stocked kitchen with basic cooking ingredients, full compliment of pots and pans, French Press, blender and so much more... If that's not your thing, you'll have your pick of eateries close by.

Huge 65" TV in the family room and large TV's in each bedroom. Fast Wifi and SlingTV Blue loaded on all or use your favorite streaming app and kick-back with some wine or a brew.

WORKSPACE for your use including USB Docking station, Monitor, Keyboard/Mouse and Printer with paper.

Books and board games are available for family fun and we provide beach chairs (6) and beach towels... you just bring the sunscreen.

Pools are open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

Enjoy Holts Landing State Park, play a round of golf at The Salt Pond Golf Club or experience locally made wine at the Salted Vines Vineyard and Winery.

We love DOGS and allow well-behaved medium-sized dogs.
If you plan to travel with your dog, after you book, please send us the dog’s size and breed.
(Sorry — no cats due to allergies.)
We have a dog bed and bowls you can use, and we a few treats to welcome your pup!
Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds — use the provided dog bed or bring their favorite one.
While we love to accommodate dogs, the $65 additional per pet fee allows our professional cleaning crew ensure the place is 5 Star ready for the next renter.
