Slight issue with check in but the girls on the front desk sorted it. The tv didn't work. The floors were dirty, there was water by the toilet and pubic hair in the shower. Not great

Staff are helpful. The location is central which is great. The rooms are very basic, but have everything you need. I use this hotel most time I visit Milton Keynes which is often.

Guests beware of extra costs and no tea making

Had accessible room. You have to pay for the TV so didn't put it on.You need to bring your own tea coffee travel kettle. Being disabled it doesn't help because you have to keep going downstairs if you want a cup of tea if you're in a wheelchair this is no good at all, maybe they should make an exception for the accessible rooms and provide these things. Only one towel provided.Other guests slammed their doors till the early hours others held loud conversations outside my room hence no sleep. Shower kept dripping even after being turned off wasting litres of water. No plastic containers in bathroom for rinsing after brushing your teethFor the same price I could have got a better equipped room in another hotel but further out than I needed. Large stain on hallway carpets on second floor. Easy hotels need to review thepoliciesies on things they provide

The room was small for me. i was a bit disappointed that the window was not able to open as it was a hot day. Other wise i was happy with the bathroom it was clean. I enjoyed my stay for one night the location was perfect for evening night life.

We booked this hotel almost a year in advance as we were going to the British GP. It was the only place available in Milton Keynes when we were looking at that time. I applaud the company’s low carbon policies and staff were excellent. However those are the only 2 reasons I will give 2/10 stars. Rooms were essentially smaller than a university dorm or a hostel room. Barely 12 inches on either side of the bed. Bed was just shy of a double and was very hard and pillows were flat. We woke up sore each morning. There was no storage for clothes and only 2 hangers for jackets. The AC did not work and despite staff saying they would fix it after the first night we later learned that staff can’t fix it and that it would require an outside technician. We had three very hot sweaty nights and when we requested a room cleaning we were told they only do so every 5 days. The hallways and stairwells were much cooler than our room. Further the windows were screwed shut so we could not get fresh air. I could see staying here for 1 night for a sleep only but not for an extended stay. And due to the British Grand Prix it was nowhere near worth £350 a night. We bailed for our fourth not and ate the cost to stay at another near by hotel so we could at least have one comfortable night before leaving for London. Otherwise it was in a convenient location. You could walk form the train station and a very large shopping mall was nearby. Milton Keynes itself was lovely.

Avoid at all costs! Scam artists.

Dreadful hotel and scam you. Paid nearly £600 for a three night stay, turned up and they had no room and turned me away, also saying it’s “tough” about a refund and saying it’s in the T&C’s. Will be seeking legal advice to get my money back. Staff were rude and arrogant.
