Staff was great; room clean and spacious; breakfast buffet good; parking convenient. Only negative was a "herd" of outrageously noisy, and impolite, Indian tourists...who pretty much "took over" the breakfast space.

Breakfast was mediocre, some of the items I had were stale/overcooked (bacon, croissants, pain au chocolate). The pancake machine was horrendously slow and some drinks werent replenished very quickly at all - this ties in to the next point about staff. Far too few staff working, some were trying to man multiple areas such as reception and the dining hall. When there were staff behind reception, at a decent staff to customer ratio, they were too busy chatting, leaving customers waiting around.
