The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The basic continental breakfast was a nice touch. Although there was no restaurant on site, there was a dining room where you can eat your own food. It's also a very convenient base for a weekend at Silverstone.

I had a very lovely stay here. A nice welcome and the staff were helpful throughout eg. Getting taxis. Room was nice and clean and cleaned when asked. Facilities all worked well including the bathroom and the tv. Microwave in dining area and many different restaurants can be delivered here. Would stay again.

The room was basic but what you would expect for the price, ideal for last minute stop over. Night concierge was friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was cereal and toast and drinks and very pleasant. There were no staff to check out, just left key card in pot on desk.

Not a bad stay overall and what you would expect for £50 a night. Room dated even after a re ferb but clean and was cleaned every day which is good. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere which isnt great. Theres a nice indian next door but thats it.

The worst hotel we have ever seen! Checked in went to the room to find the room was upside down with towels, bedding all over the floor, the beds weren't made etc. Complained at reception, staff could not have been less interested - our group then checked out, cancelled our bookings and booked elsewhere! Avoid at all costs!

As a life long smoker it was obvious due to the smell and cigarette ash on the window sill some one had been smoking in the room. I also raises a another question of how effective the smoke detection system is????

Avoid at all costs!

One of the worst,avoid at all costs-driving in,the upkeep or lack there of already gives you a tired vibe.Walking in,the front looks shabby,communal areas are dirty,looks like there is some upgrade going on-then giving the whole hotel a shabby look.Room was less than average,pungent smell from corridor to room,no hot water at check in around 3pm,informed staff,then was told coming to check in 5mins,no one came&as was late for function,bathed in cold water-complained to staff about it,no update.Next morning informed staff again about lack of hot water,was informed someone was fixing it currently &wait 30mins before bathing-showered 1hour after,water was lukewarm.Start were pleasant enough,but never booking there again-not worth a penny!!!
