Average hotel, couple of minor issues.

Hotel and room were clean and well presented. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the shower drain was partially blocked and drained very slowly. There was evidence of people frequently smoking in the room indicated by thread bare carpet under the bedroom window and cigarette butts on the roof outside. Hairdryer was clogged with dust and was wired into the desk making it difficult to use. Despite being told at check in that they were having issues with the terrestrial TV channels but Netflix was still working I couldn't get the Netflix app to open on the TV. Bed was comfortable and the A/C was very appreciated in the muggy weather. Would stay again for future events at Silverstone.

Should do better.

Sadly the stay here wasn’t what I expected. The room was still a mess from the previous guest. We were promptly moved to another room where the tv didn’t work. They had made us aware of some TVs only working on Netflix but this one didn’t work at all. A fair gesture of free breakfast was accepted but still not good for a hotel of its name. But overall a good nights rest.

Great stay

The hotel was so clean. The lady at reception went above and beyond to help us with tax’s etc. The breakfast was excellent and the chef at the hot food station checked to see if everything was ok and was very attentive. Would recommend stay here.

Was ok but the bathroom was terrible. Small bath with a glued down glass shower wall onto the bath so you can’t turn the shower on without being in it. No way this was 4 star

Great hotel. Would recommend.

Considering the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were big and the bed comfortable and there was plenty of free parking. The staff were polite and attentive. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of choice. Everything fresh and hot. Gluten free options were clearly labelled. Location is good. Just about a 8 min drive to centre and good links to London. Wembley was about 1 hour away.

Tele didn't work in the room. Was moved to a basement room that smelt damp and the tele off the wall and was laying on the floor. Moved again to a third room where the tele didn't work so i requested to go back to the original room as i was so tired, it was gone 12 pm. All this following my ex husbands funeral. Was offered a breakfast, which was lovely. Will not be staying again

Unclean and needing updating

Not a great overall experience due to cleanliness, impacting comfort so would not stay again. Mould in window corners, cobwebs in many areas of room, smears on shower screan, dust on every surface. Finger prints on door handles. Made me very uneasy as to what was lurking on bedspreads and show pillows if these obvious need clean areas werent done. Holes in back of bathroom door, chips in bath, bathplug broken. Hotel corridors not hoovered 2 days we were there.

Enjoyed our short stay in the mecure (3 nights) we got the train down to go to Bletchley park and Stowe Gardens etc. it wasn’t within walking distance of anywhere particularly but taxi’s are only 10 minutes to wherever you want to go We ate in the restaurant the first two nights and the food was great. Breakfast was lovely too. As the weather was nice it was good to be able to sit out on the terrace in the evenings aswell. Rooms were clean and had all amenities. If you are visiting that area I’d defo recommend. Thankyou for a lovely stay x

Lovely stay. Fantastic breakfasts. A very friendly chef who was happy to chat. Seen him on previous visits . Really nice to have a conversation with him. Evening meal was only let down when we had to ask for more cutlery and restaurant had run out of ‘green vegetables’! But staff were friendly.
