Charming Studio near Brady St w/Parking

General
The space is small (about 250 square feet)

Heat/AC
The heat runs at the same time building wide through radiators. There is no thermostat. Please note that in mild temperatures the heat will not run very frequently due to reaching the set temperature. For AC, there is 1 window unit that is installed in the studio in early June and removed in October.

Parking
There is 1 off street parking space available in the parking lot directly behind the building. To get to the parking lot, take the driveway that is on the south side of the building and follow it back. You will be able to park in spot #26. You will need to display the parking pass in the front dashboard at all times. Failure to display the parking pass visibly on the dashboard could result in your vehicle being towed. Instructions on where the pass will be will be given with check in information.

Kitchenette
We have basic cooking utensils that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up before checking out. There’s also coffee and a coffee maker.

Main Room
This studio comes with 1 small couch, 1 queen bed and a TV with Roku. The bed includes fresh linens. Upon arrival, there will be 2 sets of towels and washcloths laid out for each guest.

Bathroom
This apartment has a full bathroom. The shower includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry
If you need to do laundry, we have a building wide laundry room in the basement. You will need the front door key to get into the laundry room. To get there, walk down the back stairs to the basement and the laundry room will be the first door on the left. Instructions for how to pay for the washer and dryer will be there.

Accessibility
The unit is on the 2nd floor of the apartment building. The building only has stairs.
