The breakfast and the breakfast attendant were my favorite part! It was so clean, organized, and the attendant was there smiling and ready to help - so friendly and efficient! The shuttle from our late night flight into the airport was perfect. The room was comfortable and overall pretty clean (there were some details that were missed, but this is a hotel not a hospital, so no complaints). Overall, I will definitely stay here again!

We found a live cockroach in our room, our room smelled badly of cigarette smoke and the door wouldn’t lock for our room. Very disappointed and all the staff said, I am so sorry and we will take a look at that and get housekeeping and maintenance involved.
We ended up killing it right away. But then realized we had to buy new shoes and everything, don’t want eggs

The beds are old and not very comfortable, same with the pillows. The floors were nice but with no carpeting you can hear everything. Especially when there's people above you. Breakfast bar and coffee were great. The biggest problem is, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. When checking in the room was set at 66. And it definitely felt like it was at least 77, turned it down to 62. And it finally kicked on and then shut off a few minutes later and when we woke up, it was probably 75 in the room. Very uncomfortable..

Needs to be a bit cleaner.

The hotel was clean on the outside. Check-in was smooth. When we arrived in the room it looked fine. The floor was dusty. The bathroom shower handle had mold around it. The floor was dirty and has visible dirt on the corner.
