The Front desk staff was marvelous, very professional and helpful. Love them. Problem was cleaning staff. Asked for room refresh got nothing but new set of towels. Bed untouched. Maybe expected too much!

The staff were polite and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the freezer was so full of ice that the refrigerator door would not close properly. In addition, the heat in our room was not working, it was pretty cold when we woke up! The exercise machines were out of order, and the jets in the hot tub were not functioning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The tv was horrible, kept losing reception, the phone to call the front desk did not work… I could pick on some other things, but those two things alone really took away from the stay. Also, sad that there was no ice machine on the 2nd floor where my room was.
