My stay was less than satisfactory. When booking through Expedia, it said that there was a pool and hot tub. For that reason, I did book this location. upon arrival. It was discovered that the pool and hot tub has been out of service for the past 5+ months. The front desk lady was very snarky and stated that it states on their website and that we should not go by Expedia but look at their website instead however what person typically checks both Expedia in comparison with the actual locations website at the same time? Also booking through Expedia it states that I paid for 2 breakfast for my significant other and I and when asking about this and how this is obtained the front desk staff told me that that is not a part of the package even though I paid for it through Expedia and lastly when trying to negotiate a late checkout the woman who checked us in said we could do a late checkout at 2 pm and she would put a note in there at no extra cost and when we verified with another lady at the front desk latter just to make sure the note was in there she told us there is no note and that they cannot do that and she would proceed to charge an additional night to my stay which I don’t mind paying extra but the inconsistencies between staff and the location and Expedia discrepancies was less than desirable.
