You get what you pay for I guess. Wasn’t awful but it was VERY loud with doors slamming and all of the plumbing must have been connected because you can hear every time someone flushes a toilet

I was not happy upon arriving checking in I go to enter my room the floor is sticky the bathroom floor is sticky the table tops in the room are nasty the cable does not work I requested if someone could come up the floor I could not enter the room when I was after receiving my key due to the floor being so sticky there was a big piece of metal that fell off the building and a piece of it struck my arm there was no attendance in the office at the time and the peace fell off the building between I want to say between 1:45 and maybe 2:30 a.m. I at the time was standing outside having a smoke when this item fell from the roof of the building the vending machines do not work I requested to speak to a manager and was given excuses several times I demand a refund I paid $82 an hour after I requested if someone can come mop the floor I re-entered the room to little bitty trash pieces all over the floor that was not there when we first entered I was told that someone would be up to take care of this and no one was I just want a refund please

Shuttle to and from the event was awesome! The staff was helpful and very nice. The room needed to be painted and the toilet ran constantly. The shower faucet was really hard to use. The room was sectioned off strange. Overall positive.

The beds were so terrible and noisy , The porperty is right on road and you can hear all the traffic. The rooms have so low sound proofing you can hear everything next and they can hear you.

Downtown

Checking in the lobby smelled like weed. The clientele was sketchy. The desk clerk and security were good. In the rooms and toilet was clogged and didn’t flush correctly. The bed design was terrible made of sheet metal on wheels and moved as soon as you sat on it and made a lot of noise any time you moved.

Not worth it

Terrible. Loud, clean but reeks of bleach, toilet ran the whole time, have to slam the door to close, thus lots of noise with other doors closing. Beds are on a weird metal frame that creaks every time you move. Also did not have enough parking for all the occupants.

Staff was nice but very unhelpful, after checking in and getting to our room we found the tv not working so I called the front desk and they said someone would come up and help, no one ever came. Also, when checking in online it gave me the option to request late check out for a fee and when I asked about while checking in he first said no but after I mentioned online it gave me the option he told me to come down the next morning and pay… the next morning I was told no late check out and the best they could do was give me 30 extra minutes.

It's 11:45pm, my wife and I are tired after a long and busy day and there is loud rap music blaring with f-bombs and n-words from the other side of the wall behind our bed... the perfect ASMR right? Oh and I'm pretty the bed sheet has a bleached out blood stain... luxurious! On the bright side, the room has very large glass windows on the two sides, perfect for viewing the projects and crack house across the street. If you're looking for a real ghetto experience then look no further!

The rooms are paper thin so you hear everything. The hotel stunk of marajuana. The breakfast is awful. On a positive besides the bathroom stinking like urine, the rooms were very clean.

Great hotel

Nice rooms, very secure as the elevator will not work without a room key and will only allow you onto your floor. Plenty of amenities and they offer a shuttle service - one stop corner store right next to the property. Breakfast is super good, perhaps my favorite hotel to eat at!
