It was ok

Had the heater fan on most of the night but there was an annoying buzz, for lack of a better word, and when that shut off, you could hear a pounding or thudding sound that was constant coming from the walls? Could hear it very well in the shower. Didn’t get any sleep. Bed and pillows were comfy. My shower did not drain.

We didn’t have any wash clothes. The coffee bar didn’t have regular coffee and only one water bottle. Other than that the hotel was nice. We were at the far end of the third floor so it was a far walk from the front desk, restaurant and pool area. Lots of turns and hallways. The restaurant/bar was cozy and had a nice selection of dinner options. The food was very good. It was valentine’s evening so there were some nice specials.

We stayed the night before an early flight and left our car in the fenced in lot while we were traveling. Everything worked slickly and efficiently. We were guided to the parking lot and returned by shuttle. We paid the shuttle driver on our return. He came quickly to get us at the airport though it was late and freezing. The experience was great

Check in was a hassel front desk person was not nice or professional i had informed her i was extending my stay and she was very rude about how i had to proceed. Morning staff was quite the opposite she was kind and professional took care of everything with no problems and kept me in my room. She saved the trip experience for me.
