The lady that works 1st shiftvat these hotel haves a bad additude. When i told her my ride will be here at 12 18. She was like u need to be out of the room with a bad attitude. But everyone besides her have been nice and we welcome and kindvof loud at times cause kids yellong and scramming at alll hours of the night.

When we first got into our room we noticed the dishwasher was broken and wasnt completely under the counter. Then we realized the kitchen table was broken. One of the wheels broke on one of the legs so it wouldn't sit right. The man who welcomed us was very kind but the lady who worked 3rd shift was very rude and did not help us at all. When i bought snacks from the lobby she was not friendly at all. We had 5 adults and asked for 3 extra pillows. She told us she couldnt get us pillows because that was housekeeping. I was not happy with our stay at all!

We did not stay as plan and currently fighting to get our money back. The two rooms we were offered were unsafe. The halls smelled like smoke and urine. We observed a drug deal in the parking lot.

Didn't cook bit there was plates and bowls. Standard hotel A/C. Couch was very worn. Fridge looke like it was painted with spray cans and the paint was sticky and comming off of the handle.
