Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating
This is cleaner showing code for our door, only reception given, rang bell 4 times
