Beautifully located in the middle of Exmoor

The Hayloft at Yealscombe Farm is peacefully situated at the end of a no through road at the head of its own valley surrounded by fields and woodland. Downstairs is a spacious Lounge/Diner with SMART TV, super well equipped quality kitchen. Upstairs is a stunning dual aspect Double Bedroom, a large twin (can be made up as a double please just ask) and a cosy single, plus a family bathroom and separate WC. Yealscombe is a 20 minute walk (2k) from Exford, a pretty and unspoilt village with 2 good pubs and a couple of shops. Great central base from which to explore Exmoor with its epic moorland, stunning coastline and picturesque villages. Also less than an hour from the world famous North Devon beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Exford Memorial Hall. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the cottage.

Idyllic location

If peace and tranquillity is what you need (why would it not be?) in complete comfort, with space for special friends and loved ones this is the place. If complete immersion in stunning countryside with sheep, ducks, goats, horses and chickens as neighbors is for you welcome home. If arriving to fresh milk in fridge and homemade cake on the table makes you feel welcome it’s because you are, by the near by all inclusive owners. We will return to this haven!

Better than the photo's!

We found the property immaculately clean and well-maintained. The location in the centre of Exmoor was perfect for us. On the one hand situated in a beautiful tranquil setting away from the madding crowd, yet within striking distance of all the amenities and beauty spots around Exmoor. Tracey and Simon were model hosts and couldn't to enough to make us comfortable. There were many personal touches to make us feel at home on arrival. Altogether a wonderful holiday!
