Across the cabin, another sumptuous bedroom awaits with a king bed and full bath, both adorned with blackout blinds for uninterrupted slumber. Indulge in leisurely moments in the expansive downstairs den, complete with ample seating, a 65’ smart TV, shuffleboard, and foosball table, providing entertainment for all ages. The downstairs bedroom beckons with two queen beds and shower; enveloped in darkness by blackout blinds, ideal for peaceful repose or children's play. A shared entrance to the Toccoa River allows for swimming, fishing or an exit point if you decide to head up river & drop a kayak or tube for a float. Our place is conveniently located 15 min. away from local parks for easy access for fly fishing & river activities.
