The Space:
There is such a thing as “mountain time”. In the traditional sense but also in the adventure sense! How will you spend your time? White water rafting, wineries, breweries, tubing, reading, horseback riding, shopping, roasting marshmallows, hiking or escaping!

Firefly Ridge puts you in the heart of it all! Close to everything yet far enough for that peaceful mountain experience. Located minutes from downtown and many of the best attractions in the area, convenience is of the essence.

The cabin has been completely remodeled with a flare of modern mixed with mountain. Cozy furniture, bright colors, outdoor spaces, and fun awaits!

The cabin is easily accessible via all paved roads. There are a few mountain bumps on the access (very short distance) and large gravel driveway with parking for up to four vehicles.

The cabin features a very large deck with a gas fireplace, seating area, smart tv, dining table, gas grill, dart board, cornhole game and four Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the big game with mountain air, family dinner with the sounds of nature or read a book in peace and harmony. A fire pit is just off the deck to cozy up by during those cool evenings.

Entrance will be directly into the kitchen/dining area. The unique island serves as a prep area but also the dining table with six bar stool chairs. The kitchen features granite countertops, black cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The colorful dinner ware adds pizazz to every dinner and the drip coffee maker and Keurig provide a much needed morning jolt!

The living room is warm, cozy and inviting with a gas fireplace, smart tv, comfortable couch and chairs, area rug, side tables, lamps and coffee table. There is also additional dining seating with a sofa table/chair combo.

Two queen bedrooms are on the main level with a tub/shower combo bathroom between them. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, a closet, side tables and lamps.

Venture down to the lower level featuring another living room space, shuffleboard, arcade game, smart tv, gas fireplace and multiple board games/cards/puzzles.

The third queen bedroom is located on the lower level as well as an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The laundry room is also on this level with a full size washer/dryer for your use. Laundry pods are provided.

A four person hot tub, towels are provided, is located on the lower patio, providing a very private space to soak away the stress. There is also an additional dining table for six and swing for your enjoyment.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet

The Neighborhood:
Firefly Ridge is located 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, GA. It is accessible via all paved roads with the exception of the last ¼ mile. The access road is gravel, with a few bumps, but does not include any steep hills or challenges to get to the property. The property has level parking for up to three vehicles.

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the fenced area. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request that dogs are kept off the furniture and you crate your dog while away.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.

Cancellation Policy:
Credit card processing fees are non refundable for VRBO and Direct reservations.
