Stay just 10 mins from Blue Ridge and 5 minutes from Lake Blue Ridge with horse riding, white water rafting, kayaking, fishing and hiking all nearby!

The Space

You will have access to entire home with over 3800 square feet of space. Keyless entry is made through a smart lock.

The Top Floor

* 1st bedroom with king bed, memory foam mattress, futon, dresser, and closet with access to the large main bathroom featuring a custom walk-in tile shower. This room also has a 55" HD Roku TV. Pack 'n Play also available. This room and the 2nd bedroom share a hallway with the main bathroom with a door that can make the entire 2 bedroom suite private. Each room and bathroom also has it's own door.
* 2nd bedroom features 2 full beds, memory foam mattresses, 50" HD Roku TV and closet. This room and the 1st bedroom share a hallway with the primary bathroom with a door that can make the entire 2 bedroom suite private. Each room and bathroom also has it's own door.
* Primary bathroom featuring granite and custom walk-in tile shower with rain shower, standard shower head, and hand wand. Large bathtub and dual vanities.
* 3rd bedroom features a queen bed, memory foam mattress, dresser, 55" HD Roku TV, and closet.
* 4th bedroom features a queen bed, memory foam mattress, dresser, 55" HD Roku TV, and closet.
* The upstairs hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo with granite vanity.
* Laundry area features a washer and dryer with ironing board and iron.

The Main Floor

* Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of new equipment

* All appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig latte maker, standard coffee maker, Instant Pot/Air Fryer Combo, toaster, blender, electric can opener, and more!
* Pots, pans, spices, cooking oil, and full array of utensils, dinnerware, and silverware. Fire extinguisher also provided.
* Massive island with 8 barstools.
* Dining Room with seating for 8 plus a highchair available
* Living Room with large sectional, 65" 4K Roku TV and extra seating.
* Family Room with comfy couch and fireplace. The indoor fireplace is only available during October to March.
* Half bathroom with convenient access for entire floor.

The Lower Floor

* 5th bedroom features a queen bed, memory foam mattress, dresser, 50" HD Roku TV, and closet.
* 6th bedroom features 2 full beds, memory foam mattresses, 50" HD Roku TV, and closet.
* The 5th and 6th bedrooms are connected via a short hallway that does not have a door between the two bedrooms but has a shared door to the main living area. It can also be considered a 2 bedroom suite, perfect for a family!
* Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and granite vanity.
* Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Keurig, and 4 person dinette table.
* Family room with 65" 4K Roku TV, large couch, card table, and board games/card games/poker set.

Outdoors

* Spacious deck featuring a large hot tub, gas grill, and picnic table.
* Firepit stocked with firewood and and several relaxing seats.
* Large outdoor area on nearly 3 acres with plenty of room to enjoy.

Parking

* Gravel driveway with parking for multiple vehicles. (The roads are paved all the way up until the driveway.) The garage is not available for parking.

NOTE: An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap is provided. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

House Rules

We are committed to fairness - our goal is to return the full deposit because everything went smoothly. However, broken house rules may result in fees that can be deducted from the deposit at the host's discretion. Any broken rules can be grounds for early termination and forfeit of booking without refund of booking or deposit.

* $500 refundable security deposit is required (a hold is placed on your credit card).
* Guest must sign, within 3 days of booking, the rental agreement that will be sent upon reservation.
* The guest booking the reservation must be staying at the home.
* We hope you bought travel insurance. No refunds for any reason outside of the cancellation policy. If there is a possibility your plans may change, consider purchasing travel insurance ahead of time.
* There is a ring doorbell with a camera at the front door. This is for guest and host safety.
* NO parties/events/large gatherings are allowed as this is a quiet neighborhood - please be aware of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Our neighbors are awesome and we want to be awesome neighbors too.
* All guests must be identified ahead of time when signing the contract. The maximum number of guests in this home is 16.
* While children are welcome, the house is not childproofed and may not be suitable for all children. The house has three levels and the bedrooms are all located in the top or bottom floors.
* Don't damage our home – treat it the way you would treat your own home, but better.
* Don't do anything illegal, (substances, behaviors, downloads) – If the cops come looking, we will cooperate.
* No unlicensed weapons allowed.
* Don't shoot a movie - you must receive advance permission and get a signed waiver for professional photos or filming (inside or outside).
* Stay out of our drawers – all host areas are off limits for guests including garage and owner's closets.
* Don't burn the house down – do not leave gas grill unattended. Turn off the grill after each use. Propane is provided. Do not leave the firepit unattended. Ensure all flames and embers are fully extinguished. Ensure indoor fireplace is turned off when not needed.
* The furniture can be moved for what best suits the guests. We just ask that you take care when moving anything and to put everything back the way you found it before you leave.
* We must protect the home – Hosts and authorized representatives can enter the property if there is an emergency or urgent situations arise, if there is a party, or if it's past check-out time. We will do our best to contact you ahead of time if possible.
* Don't mess with technology – do not tamper or intentionally turn off or disable security equipment (WiFi, router, ring security camera). You may not be able to access the house or the internet without all the equipment working.
* Stuff happens – if something breaks, please let us know so we can get it fixed for you or the next guest. The sooner the better!
* Pets are NOT allowed. We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.
* This is a NON-smoking home. There is a cleaning fee for any type of smoking/vaping.
* Parking is only in the driveway and must not block access to the street. Garage is not available for parking.
* Check in time is strictly 4pm and check-out time is strictly 10am. Should you require any changes, we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand and an additional fee will apply. If we have guests arriving or departing that same day, it will be almost impossible to offer any changes due to the cleaners needing to prepare the home.
* The home is on a septic system. Only toilet paper can be flushed and only liquid (no oil) can go down the sinks. Kitchen does not have a garbage disposal.
* Garbage must be bagged and placed in the trash containers in the garage. A garbage service comes twice a week and accesses the garage from the outside door. The door between the home and garage can be locked to ensure your privacy.
* The TVs are all HD Roku smart TVs and will be set to guest mode so you can use your own streaming accounts.
* The spacious yard is nearly 3 acres and is not fenced.
* Please communicate to us – no post-stay refunds will be issued for any reason. Guests must contact us during stay with clear documentation so we have a chance to correct the issue in real-time (vs after the stay when it's too late). The goal is to rectify any issue immediately so guests can enjoy a great stay.
