Upon entry, you'll find a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book by the fireplace, carrying on great conversations, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV in the living area. Serve your guests home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the full kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. If you need to stay connected, a separate home office located in the finished basement is available for remote work. Mostly Very Nice, but...

The house was mostly very nice, but for a few things that could use improvement. The interior furnishings are beautiful and the house very clean for the most part. There are lots of comfortable places to sit and relax, a nice kitchen, and a nice dining area that fit the 7 of us. There were some pots and pans that had been put away dirty, but I know this can be difficult to deal with if renters don't clean up after themselves. The pantry is dusty, dirty and disorganized. I had to dig through it to find a dusty and dirty crockpot. Oh, and the top of the fridge appears not to have been cleaned in a very long time. The deck is very nice and has very nice furniture. We loved the dock and the screened in portion was very nice and provide space to play games or relax out of the sun. We did have to clean the tables which were pretty dirty and the extra cushions in the storage bag appear to be molding. The pontoon boat parked at the dock is an eyesore. It's uncovered, filthy, and appears that it hasn't been used in a long time, or maybe doesn't work. It's kind of the boat version of having a car on blocks in front of your house. In all, we enjoyed our stay, but I think it could be improved with minimal effort. Cover the boat. Clean the dock area periodically, clean out the pantry, clean the top of the fridge, and give at least a cursory check to make sure pots, pans, dishes are clean between stays.
