The room was not cleaned in our 2 day stay. My husband had to help himself to towels and wash cloths off the cleaning carts . The shower drain was very slow and you found yourself in over ankle water very quickly. One of the lights in the bathroom flickered and the A/C control didn't work . It was nice to be able to walk to Mall of America and Restaurants. The pool area was well kept. We in all had a fairly pleasant stay.

My grandkids loved the pool. They had loads of fun in there. The hotel was being renovated and the breakfast wasn't fantastic but ok. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again for sure.

Ok

Room needed updating. Bathroom wasn’t clean at all. They stating they were in the process of remodel. No continental breakfast like site said. In walking distance to mall. Wasn’t terrible for the price. You do pay for nightly parking which I wasn’t aware of either.

If you like the smell of bad weed, this is the place for you! I'm not the type to judge people smoking the devils cabbage.... but whomever stayed in the room next may have done it in excess. It seeped into my room all night and I woke up with a sore eyes, throat and chest. I talked to management the next day to get a new room. They were full and could care less about my situation. I would not stay here again.

Didn't know they were under renovations when booked my two night stay for my daughter and I. Went got the hot breakfast and her to enjoy the pool and I could work out in the gym. No hot breakfast or gym. :( Went to the mall earlier than planned, missed out on a day of swimming

Thieves

booked this room on hotels.com paid $112 with my debit card, through their website. When I checked in they insisted I put a credit card in case I charge things to room. Only a $50 hold would be required on card. When I woke the next morning I received a text from credit card company that $131.12 was charged to my card. This amount does not add up to anything I was informed about. I called desk they said it was charged by mistake and manager would handle it. She also said someone would call me when it was completed. No credit was issued. Nobody ever called me back. When I called again that evening I was told my credit was never charged it was a hold for $131 and it will fall off. That’s not how it works and that more of a hold than I was informed. The person on phone was rude and didn’t listen to me. Unfortunately for her I WORKED in a hotel I know how it works this is not how it works. I will dispute charges with my credit card company and file a complaint with Hotels.com. DO NOT STAY HERE they are thieves

We booked mostly for the pool area, but also for location and free breakfast. The pool area was great. Too busy, but that can't be helped. The location was perfect for what we needed. We didn't find out until check in that breakfast is only grab & go currently. It would have been nice to know that before booking. They also do not have coffee available in the evenings & when we tried to get some in the morning, the creamer was empty. Disappointing for frequent coffee drinkers. Overall, it was not a horrible experience, but we would pick somewhere else if we were back in the area.

We felt very unsafe. I have 3 children and didn’t feel safe staying there. There is security watching the parking lot. People hanging around outside. We checked in and left. Rooms were very run down and gross.
