The hot tub did not work. There was plenty of space for the children, which was great except for there were signs on the hot tub saying 14 and under were not allowed in there and it was filled with young children. The cement was kind of slimy in the hot tub Pool chlorine level was very strong which makes you wonder how often they clean that there was very rarely clean towels in the pool area just wasn’t very accommodating to adults in anyway. Other than that, the stay was pretty good.

We didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom, and the coffee maker was an absolute mess, and the tray that it was sitting on was covered in water, and so was the water overflow catch. So it wasn’t cleaned up from whoever had the room before. There was also some kind of knocking that could be heard the whole night coming from one of the appliances or water heater.

They allowed another family to physically assault a member of our group, cops had to be called and they charged my card in the middle of the night for the same amount we already paid upon check in and when I asked for a manager we were told she wasn’t in the building, and every time I called, multiple different times of day to request a partial refund for the awful time and the double charge; I just repeatedly kept getting met with “she isn’t in.”

Nice place.

Stayed here while en route to Mexico. Free shuttle to airport. Very close to Mall of America. Friendly staff and excellent restaurant on site. We will stay here next time we are jn Minneapolis.

Nothing overly great and nothing overly bad regarding the property. Convenient for being across from MOA. Hot tub jets weren't very powerful but that is minor. Room was standard. Great hotel for the price. Would stay again.

I am 63 and the walk to mall of america was literally 7 minutes. Lots of dining within walking distance. The pool area was fantastic. The front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful. The transitions on the shuttle both to and from the airport were seamless. I will stay there again on my return trip.

It’s hard to rate the property on a few of these because it was under heavy construction and it was not advertised. So the front desk was relocated, the restaurant was closed and we had an extra long walk to our room with my handicapped spouse.. The shuttle drivers were both EXCELLENT. All employees were very friendly.

Checking in took too long. It took the desk person about 20 minutes to check in the person in front of us, the other desk person did not offer to step up and check us in. That being said, parking was ample, good coffee and a very comfortable mattress.

Nice hotel is waterpark for little kids

Nice hotel with a great waterpark for the kids. Walkable to MOA is want and easy access to interstate. Hot tub was down during our visit a little disappointing but things happen. Has a nice big area around pool area for have family gatherings will kids swim.
