Not a good room

Checkin was great. But when we took a shower the water barely went down and we showered in a tub filling with water. The vent on th ceiling is nasty and so dirty. The next day I thought they'd come in and take all dirty towels like every other hotel. Nope! Went back down to ask for new towels and it took 3 times for someone to bring them up . I asked for 5 towels and they said they can onlygive out 4. They asked why I needed 5 towels? I was like well I have 5 people in my room and why does it matter ? I'm paying for the room for 2 nights! Also breakfast said included nowhere does it say you get a sack lunch style breakfast . We won't be staying here again nor tell anyone else .

SACK BREAKFAST!! $10 parking a night

Pay $10 a night on top of room fees for parking.. Says breakfast included but it was 2 granola bars, muffin yogurt and lil bottle of water. You could choose a juice box and apple or orange. Pillows are small and go flat, bring a pillow.

The hotel itself was good, the layout was good, pool was indoors, pricing and service was good, it was simple straight forward, nothing fancy, i was surprised that you had to pay for parking separately online from the hotel cost (wasnt included with the room), was a convenient walk to the Mall of America, a number of restaurants near by other than the ones in the mall, i would consider staying there again.

First of all, the location is amazing if you are planning to go to the MOA. You can literally walk. Free breakfast is a bag with yogurt, muffin, and 2 granola bars. You can choose from an apple or orange. Orange juice, apple juice, warm bottled water. The coffee is only out in the morning, and no flavored creamer. I was very sad about that lol. The pool is fantastic!! Oh, also when i got there parking is $10/day ( plus tax) . I do like the hotel for location & pool.

As of 8/1 undergoing a little construction, no noise but breakfast is carry away and hot drinks limited. Very close to Mall of America, within walking distance, and the train to downtown. Parking is available on site but they charge you for it. Front desk staff was welcoming and answered my questions about the area.

So so experience

The breakfast was disappointing. A few not so healthy items in a paper bag for pickup. The pool ran out of towels in the evening. The following am there were no towels stocked. There were no TV channels for kids. Basic cable. We were told they are working on upgrading. Bad timing for us.

The rooms were comfortable but the rest of the hotel was poor. The bathroom near the pool did not have any soap dispensers nor paper-towel dispensers. I don't mean any soap or towels; instead, I mean they didn't even the dispensers. I assume it was due to construction or maintenance but it didn't appear that way. The kitchen was definitely under remodeling so the breakfast was a poor little bag. I'm fine with remodeling but that information should have been transmitted before booking and paying the price for a breakfast.
