We were in town from Canada to watch the Blue Jays play the Twins and we found this a great spot to stay at nice and close to the downtown core. The only time we needed to take an Uber was to go to the mall of America other than that, everything was within a mile or two walking distance. The hotel was vert clean and had a nice bar spot. Where bartender Kent treated us great. He also shared with us some good spots to eat while in Minneapolis.

The hotel was in great location. Nightlife and restaurants were within walking distance. The staff explained everything that was available but I wish there had been something in the room that listed everything.

On the day I arrived there were trash bags on my floor immediately visible when I got off the elevator. I requested cleaning services on 1 of the days and the staff cleaned the room very poorly and only made the bed for 1 of the 2 beds used in the room. On another day I asked the cleaning staff for towels only instead of a cleaning. They reluctantly provided me extra towels.

The dining was very limited, the breakfast is very bland and over priced. The hotel allowed a group of drunk women to run up and down the hallway on several nights. It would also gelonif they added a pool but outside of that it was very average and over priced the shining spot was a man who worked the evenings I always got a smile and a fist bump he brought really great energy as well

Everything was great. My only complaint was the parking as I would prefer a ramp in Downtown Minneapolis & the shower curtain was very dirty.

Very enjoyable stay even though my room looked out over a large larking lot which appeared to have a homeless shelter on the other side. Everythign else was wonderful, rooms were spacious and well furnished. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A short walk from an excellent restaurant (Butchers Tale) and a nice local bar (MacKenzies) and only a few blocks to the heart of the North loop area which is full of fantastic bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome view from my room. Super nice, helpful staff, especially the folks at the check-in counter and at the bar. The only miss was not refilling my in-room coffee supplies one day. Otherwise a perfect stay.
