Enjoyable, Clean Hotel - need couple tweaks

Overall Hotel was in nice, clean condiition and staff was very professional and courteous. Breakfast has a decent selection for a hotel in this bracket. The breakfast staff was extremely courteous. Two things of concern: (1) the hot tub was down and not functioning (2) WiFi signal strength is not strong enough to meet demands of today's traveling youth (could not play live online games - signal too weak).

One staff member was rude and inconsiderate. Another was great. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6am but it was not. Pool and hot tub area was nice and the room was updated and clean.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel did try to do some updates that were noticeable. Our room had a bad smell like cleaner or an airfreshner. The bathroom was not clean. There was urine on the rim of the toilet. The shower floor was also still dirty or stained. The room did not seem very clean.

The main reason I chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub and pool, but the hot tub was broken for my stay. I was very disappointed. Also, they computer system was not working when I arrived. I was able to get a key and go to my room but had to go back to the front desk later to finish checking in. I also requested a late check out, but nobody every replied to me about it.

The hotel itself smelled of marijuana in the lobby, hallways and in the parking lot. What was worse was that a teenage boy clearly under some type of substance vaped and blew it in my teenage daughter’s face. Our own room itself did not smell of marijuana at check in, but that night the smell became overwhelming. In the morning we went and got breakfast, and when we walked back into our room the smell was so strong I was shocked that we slept in that room all night and had just gotten accustomed to it. This is unacceptable in a family hotel. I did call the front desk many time with no answer, and when I went down there they were no where to be found. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures seemed to be an alright hotel online. It wasn’t smelled like weed everywhere creepy guy smoking in entry way very often…room door didn’t lock from outside so when away anyone can go in there. It didn’t get fixed. Must just let anyone stay there blasting music running on floors all night in room above. Front desk did nothing.

Three Night Stay

I travel a lot for work and this was genuinely disappointing. I never leave reviews. The bed frame was broken and squeaky, the shower head broke off when I turned it on, and all the walls looked like the landlord special. The breakfast is listed from 6am-9am on weekdays but when I went down at 6:30 the door was closed off. My room key didn’t work on day 2 of my stay. If you’re looking for a cheap one night NEED to stay, sure. But anything over that go anywhere else.
