The cleaning lady came into the room. She didn't knock. It was only around 7:30am That seemed rude. Also.....the price was way too much. You are taking advantage of The Concert Goers, and other Events.

Great place to stay for Target Center events. Hotel was clean, quiet and easy to park. However, there were no cups in the room for coffee and the door didn’t open using the Hilton key app thing. But, overall good experience

The staff was great our check in was fast friendly and informative. The staff went way beyond the call of duty to help us out being our first visit to Minneapolis. Definitely recommend this property. Safe and secure easy access to c skyway and target center. Clean rooms great breakfast

Very clean, very friendly staff, able to direct us where we needed to go in the area. Parking is attached to the hotel and was easy to access (extra charge of $20). Restaurants, activities, everything was within walking distance. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Many options. Will definitely stay again.

Front desk

The front desk people were so accommodating that I won’t be staying at any other hotel for my trips here to the city. I wasn’t sure how long I was staying and they let me keep the same room the whole week even though I extended every morning before checkout. The front desk deserves a raise here.
