We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Minneapolis destinations we were planning to visit. The entire facility was clean and well-maintained, our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and we were very happy with our stay.

The hotel photos look much better than real life. AC units in room are loud and blow right on the person in the closest bed. Lights on the roof shine right into the room. The hotel is very dated, cosmetically remodeled. Not smart tvs. The hot tub was very dirty. Overall, the new furniture did not makeup for an old hotel. Very disappointed in overall appearrance. The first two staff members on duty were excellent. Third shift, not so much.

Nice, clean rooms and a stellar lobby. Parking was convenient, and while the roads in the area are a bit tricky, using GPS makes it easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again.

This place worked great for what we needed, which was a place to crash after a long day before heading home. The only issue we had was that there was an overzealous housekeeper who was knocking right away in the morning even though it was our check-out day. She may have been new, though. Otherwise it was a nice place.
