No Internet it was down the entire week.Tiles in handicap bathroom where coming up by shower. Slipped while coming out of shower. Told front desk they said they would have someone fix. Two days later slipped again. Finally fixed.they had no concern of me slipping Breakfast was terrible. Broken roaster. Just about Same thing every day. No pastries. Last day they had hard boiled eggs and cereal. No bread and butter. Opened never on time. Anywhere from 39 to 45 minutes late. Asked for clean towels several times. Be wr received unless we found person cleaning rooms. Never removed wet towels or trash. Had to remove our self. The gronds outside are not kept up. Handicap person with walker has difficult time due to bad sidewalk and parking lot. The only thing I can say is excellent is the inside cleanness of the hotel. The women at front desk were great and helpful. The man was not as much. He would rather sit and talk with friends.
