The pool needs a deep clean of tiles near water level. The pullout bed in living room was a matress topper that smelled like urine. There were no pool towels and the text from front desk did respond or bring towels when i text them too. That was direction to text them and nothing. The jacuzzi hot tub was under maintenance. Breakfast didnt have a sausage or bacon option. The parking lot needs maintenance. I did like staff. They were easy to vheck in with and check out. Elevators were quick. Breakfast was yummy. Great amount of towels in room. I appreciated the parking was free.

Breakfast was always sub par, out of something and just a mess in general. Rooms were fine, hotel was clean for the most part. I've stayed in much better La Quinta's. It's also a 10-12 min drive from the Mall of America. Not 7 minutes..

DIRTIEST SMELLIEST HOTEL

Very smelly. The Lobby was stinky. Linens, towels had a smell. The elevators were always dirty, dirty, water spills. Dog waste by entrance tokd staff multiple times it was there for days. Internet was AWFUL.Housekeeping would just put towels and soap and BARELY clean sink, toilt and tib. The carpet WAS BEYOND DIRTY ABD STICKY... I had to mop the uncarpeted section myselt and it was dirty like tar. I support bringing your pets dogs etc BUT then keep the place clean and keep it circulated sonit doesn't smell like dogs tgat hadn't been given a bath. Also no dog size restrictions had big hefty scary pitbu dogs. Dog urinates in the elevator. Housekeeping would throw the confirters they're supposed to use for room refresh... tgrew then on the hallway floor and wanted to bring it back on to my bed.... 😖 😱 😨. Instead if changing my sheets once, they just flipped it inside out abd she put it back on the mattress.... . The lighting is intentionally dark in the halkways and landing so you can not see all the dirt.Overflowing trash. Omg..it was very, very, durty. They need to dryclean the fabric chairs in the lobby. The staff frontdesk staff is nice people. Shout out to them...but the management needs to clean the hotel and get rid of the BAD odor and FILTHY hotel room carpet floors. Yukky!!!!!!!!

The hotel is nice but the staff is a little weird the housekeeper took my mom purse for what reason I don’t know never said why she took the front desk act like they didn’t care at all.
