We had 2 rooms. The one on the 4th floor was great. Felt fresh and was nice and quiet. The suite on 18th floor was stale and the couch was really dirty. The price was still a good buy for a few nights.

i recommend everyone to not book your stay here. our whole stay we couldn’t get ahold of any service or wifi. when confronted staff, we were told that they were working on it the first time. the second time, we were informed that they don’t provide wifi for any and all rooms. i’ve been to not the best hotels and even they had service/wifi.

The mini fridge kept things cold. The a/c in the room worked well. The bed seemed clean. The couch and chair were disgusting. There was no soap in my bathrooms. There was hair on the shower wall. The a/c was not on in the lobby, hallways, or breakfast area, even though it was in the high 80’s and extremely humid. The breakfast area was unappetizing and not kept clean. It also ran out of things every day. The pool area was in disrepair and looked awful. Won’t stay here again.

There was absolutely NO cool air on the main floor. It was incredibly hot during breakfast and miserable. The front door stayed propped open and it felt unsafe. The room key did not open the pool as their sign said. On the positive side, the beds were VERY comfortable, the individual rooms were clean, and I liked that the terrace door was locked for safety.

Litter of cigarette butts. Very warm in lobby and eating area. Only 2 luggage carts for that big of a hotel. Had to make 5 trips to get my luggage. There’s mold growing in bathroom . Exhaust fan didn’t work.

Missing outlet covers, the pull out bed was so uncomfortable with such a think mattress it could not be used as a bed and had to get an air mattress for my kid to sleep on. Also they required a deposit which is a hidden fee that was not listed on the site when I booked the room. We will not stay there again
