We checked in online so it was really quick when we got to the front desk. The room was clean, there was both a minifridge and a microwave, the bed was comfortable and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Lots of options, hot and cold, for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked a room for 5 people, and it only had 2 very small queen beds, no sofa bed. It said it accommodated 5, but with 2 beds thats not possible. Ended up leaving a day early and didn't get a refund for the second night.

The room was clean and bed soft. I have two big problems. One, we were on floor 12 and internet did not work...2nd was the shower, it use to be a tub that they made into wheelchair capable, but the water would just flow out and all over the floor. Other things were that there was no extra bedding for the hide-a-bed but one blanket and one pillow. It stated sleeps five and king bed, bed was a queen and only a full for the hide-a-bed. The door between the two rooms was glass so no privacy from the kids. The room was big which was very nice. The breakfast area was large but the choices were small. No meat, donuts, bagels, fruit. Which the kids complained about. Didn't go swimming so can't talk about that. I would however stay again at this place since the price was nice and the room was good and bed soft. Not close to shops but Target but that has nothing to do with why we were there. My kids did like being up high enough to see far so good there. Two TV's for each room, two bathrooms...Just the no WIFI in our room was what I was most mad about. The shower thing, well needs improvement.

No Wi-Fi connection in room. Was informed by front desk, only works well on lower floors. We were on 4th. Issue, lower floors are pet friendly. We did have the opportunity to switch, but previewed room and it was very obvious there were animals in that room. Overall, the hotel needs a lot of updates.

First and foremost, completed pre check-in online. Requested early check in for an additional fee. Room not available upon arrival. $100 deposit required!!!! For what? Smoking and whatever else. You cannot check-in without paying the deposit. Hot tub under construction! Best part, no WiFi available. Only in the lobby. First hotel ever that doesn’t offer WiFi. But only available in the lobby.
