The side door which gave the easiest access to our room was "Out of order" , so we could not use it. There was no maintenance person available to fix it. The other side door was open (not locked, anyone could get in) from about 7am to 11pm (poor security). Extremely poor management.

The hotel was good for the price but is a little outdated with beat up doors that are scratched up on the 4th floor. Breakfast was ok not too many choices but does have a pancake and waffle maker. Room was clean and spacious and tv was a little 32 in!

Was unable to give a cash deposit even though I ONLY had 100 cash, and this way I could get my refund immediately but they said I needed $250 to do that, also I didn’t have 100 in my account at that moment so my girlfriend needed to send me it so I could just check in! I asked for a receipt for my deposit and was refused and told I would get it upon check out. Then upon check out, they claimed not to have anything on my deposit!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I am furious seeing as how I even ASKED FOR THE RECEIPT OF MY DEPOSIT AND THEY LIED TO ME!!!

Room wasn’t in the best condition. Bathroom walls and door were needing cosmetic repairs. There was a used washcloth from prior guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. Bed was comfortable, nice size room. Breakfast was fine but nice to have a few more healthy choices and alternatives to dairy. Front desk staff were friendly. Overall our stay was not the best but not terrible.
