Girls in and out all night, shouting in the hallway first night at 1am, second night starting again at 2am, 3 night I had a red eye at 5:30am got absolutely no sleep this night! I even called front desk and complained, was told I could call the police myself and file a complaint! While checking out, I asked for a refund for the last night due to the noise they refused to address and was told I would have to see the manager, it was 3am!! Leaving the hotel there was a suv parked right outside the door to hotel with 2 people in it, started harassing my wife as we walked across the parking lot. I am sure these people know what their hotel is being used for, and expect the public to turn a blind eye. I never heard anything from the management or anything refunded to my card.

I recently checked out of **La Quinta Inn & Suites on Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka, MN**, on **April 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM** from **Room 443** and had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, as I was leaving, I accidentally left behind my **crossbody water bottle carrying bag** in the room. The bag contained essential items, including **medications, expensive skincare products, and makeup**. I noticed that housekeeping was nearby at the time, but unfortunately, my bag has not been turned in to lost and found. I am offering a **$100 reward** to anyone who returns the bag with its contents intact. If someone finds it, please leave it with the hotel front desk, along with your **name and contact information**, and I will personally follow up. I traveled for work and stayed for 10 nights. My room was supposed to be cleaned every three days but was only cleaned once. My room keys had to be reset four times, it was not because I had it near a credit card, both of them needed to be reset.

1st room, shower curtain was comimg out of shower wall so curtain would sag in tjr middle, black mold on shower ceiling, big stain on ceiling above bed, lack of hot water "luke warm at best" and you can hear everyone outside of your room, and being waken up by screaming children was not enjoyable. Although the staff moved me to a different, yet similar room which i appreciated, the lack of Hot Water was very inconvenient when all you want is a bed and a hot shower that you would expect them to have

My stay was very good! The room had all the necessities and towels. Bed was clean and comfortable. The curtain was a little beat up and there was some crusty residue on the bathroom walls. The metal lock was broken off on the door so I could not secure it to permit entry from the outside. Breakfast was very good, well stock with many choices.
