Per building regulations, a background check is required for the primary guest prior to arrival.

International guests are exempt but must still provide valid photo ID.

Instructions will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.



🐾 Pets:



• Pets must be approved prior to arrival and follow building rules.

• $50 per pet, per stay for reservations less than 7 nights.

• $350 flat-rate pet fee applies to stays of 7 nights or longer.

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas.

• Pets must be properly crated or caged when left unattended inside the unit.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.

• Any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.

-For guest and building safety, the following devices are in use:

-Exterior camera located at the unit door frame only

-Noise monitoring device located in the kitchen (non-recording).

-Blink sync module located above the microwave.

-These devices are for security and noise compliance only.

-Do not unplug, move, or tamper with any devices. A $50 charge will apply if equipment is unplugged.
