The room was never cleaned or reset during out stay. House keeping did not go into our room. Upgraded to king premium suite online, when checking in guy told us that they were all taken and it was overbooked. Apon checking out got told we got the upgrade and had to pay for it. Hard to know if we actually got the upgrade but if we did it was not worth the additional price as it was a room with a view of a empty storage space in the hotel. Left disapointed

The room was very, very nice and big and absolutely clean with a wonderful bed good lighting and a nice bathroom great towels. Everything is very nice and a perfect location. It was a junior king suite which meant it was a whole living room area and nice couch, which I slept on part of the night and a great big desk work area. It also has a very nice gym. I recommend the hotel. The housekeeper down the hall of May said hello to me several times and was a very nice girl with the traditional hijab. The Staff is very ethnically and racially diverse and all do an excellent job plus made me feel very comfortable.
