We only spent one night to attend a concert so we didn't have a chance to utilize most of the amenities. We did have their free buffet breakfast which had a lot more to offer than expected and was delicious! The staff was awesome!!! Very helpful, friendly, and really seemed genuine in their kindness! Everything went smoothly and the room was big enough to be comfortable for a week stay. Staff was courteous, room was clean and warm for a winter stay, it had everything we needed except herbal tea. There was underground parking available which really helped. Although parking above or below ground was expensive.
