The property had no staff working a front desk, so there was no one to complain to about my room not being clean daily. Other than that the property was fine and the apartment was very big, it did come with a single tv in the living room area, without any tv in the bedroom area
I wouldn’t book here again. Pictures are very deceiving. It does not look like what it looks in the pictures and the space is a lot smaller than you actually would think. Customer service and front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I got kicked out for having 5 guest and didn’t even have any complaints or noise complaints. Kyle front desk is unprofessional, I’ve filed 3 complaints against him already and will continue doing so. There’s homeless people all around the area - so it’s not safe. Front desk is lazy doesn’t do anything for you - barely even answer the phone for you. My room was little to not effort in the cleaning process. I left a day early than my check out - filed dispute for my room I paid for & will not return.
The neighborhood around the hotel really looks rough and not much going on. I didn’t want to go outside alone. It did rain all day while we were there and the patio door had a leak which dripped the entire night.
The gentleman at the front desk where fantastic. Would come back
