Location was great.Pros- Location, Clean, Balcony View and Responsiveness!Cons- Needs updating. Older uncomfortable furnishings and wet basement smell was strong. They did send someone out to spray but the smell was a turn off especially for a couple’s trip. The bathroom is next to a main pipe so you do hear water running all day. The balcony was the best place to relax!

To be honest, all was great with the exception of the double bed matress (age?) no support. And the lack of any safety features on the tub. Lawsuit ready to happen if someone slipped and hurt themselves badly.

Location and View!!!

Ariel Dunes is fabulous location, walking across the street to Wales Tale for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the beach. Cabana Cafe is in the building and Royal Palm Grill and the beach bar is right in front of it and all great restaurants. The gulf view is everything! We did everything right there on scenic 98 and never used the car, which was great. Great stay!!!
