Stay in Beach Cottage 195 and make your next vacation the best one ever! Come to beautiful Destin, Florida, to our lovely three bedroom, three bathroom beach condo in luxurious Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort, located seven miles east of downtown Destin and only steps away from the most beautiful beach you have ever seen. It is a 27-acre family-oriented resort, with more private beachfront per unit than any other resort along the Emerald Coast. It is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico (no streets to cross).

Our unit is a Carolina beach cottage, a charming bleached wood and tin roof design, reminiscent of simpler times, yet possessing every luxury. The unit sleeps eight people with plenty of room to move around. You will enjoy three large bedrooms with three full bathrooms. The main floor Master Bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet, its own flat screen television and DVD player and a big easy chair with ottoman. The private Master Bath includes a large garden-style bathtub. The second bedroom boasts a Queen size bed, a flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. The third bedroom is a spacious loft, with two Twin beds, a flat screen TV and a full bathroom of its own. The unit is decorated with relaxation in mind. The colors are cheerful and beachy - just the right feeling for a few days away from the daily grind.

Cottage 195 is fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The living room has a sleeper sofa and loveseat, large flat screen TV with DVD player, and a stereo system. In the adjacent dining area, there are a table and chairs for six. The nearby screened porch has its own dining furniture - the perfect place for a shrimp boil or morning coffee! The kitchen that is newly renovated, with its snack bar, is stocked with every kind of dish, pan, glass, and utensil you can think of. There are also a washer and dryer right in the unit.

On the second (and topmost) floor, we like to think of the condo as a tree house, thanks to its position in the tops of the trees. It is situated in a quiet, private inside corner of the building, allowing the back side with the large banks of windows to face into the trees and overlook the fountain and courtyard below. This provides privacy and a delightful view at the same time. The soothing sound of the water splashing in the fountains is an extra treat you will absolutely love!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Beachy Cottage - Perfect for a Family Get Away offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
