This unit is located on the second floor which makes for a beautiful view of the lake. Upon entering you have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances as well has dishes and utensils. There is an island in the kitchen that seats a total of 4. The dining table seats a total of 4. In the dining area there is a wine cooler as well a board games for your enjoyment. There is plenty of lounging space in the living room with a comfortable section and a flat screen smart tv. The living room opens up to the deck area that has a gorgeous view of the lake.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own personal balcony. The master bath is a full bath with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest bath with shower/tub combo.

*The home also offers a 6-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
