Cottage 157 is an upstairs rental accessible by exterior staircase from the parking lot. The 3rd Bedroom is accessibly by a spiral staircase.

The cottage comfortably sleeps up to eight, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two queen beds in the upstairs third bedroom. Head up the iconic spiral staircase to find that third bedroom and a full bathroom—an ideal setup that allows for added privacy, especially for children, teens, or additional family members traveling together. The unique layout and generous bedding make this home well-suited for multi-family vacations.

A screened-in porch provides a breezy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Close to Pool and Tennis Courts, 3 Bedroom, Free Beach Service offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
