Welcome to our home away from home, which boasts a fantastic beach view allowing for the most magnificent sunsets. Our large balcony overlooks the pool area and tropical landscaping with a magnificent backdrop of the emerald green waters and white sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the main bedroom suite.

The minute you walk through the front door, you will be greeted with coastal décor, crisp blue and white furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen. This beautifully furnished and spacious third-floor condominium features many upgrades, such as flat-panel TVs, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile floors with carpet in the bedrooms, and all the comforts of home.

With the private beach access and the 1200-square-foot lagoon community pool just steps away, spend the day soaking up the Florida sunshine. We offer complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and one umbrella. The Crescent also has a small pool heated during the cooler months for your enjoyment. Also within the complex is a well-equipped fitness center and outdoor grilling area. There is also a library/business center off the lobby area.

The bike path outside the complex makes exploration easy, and a host of golf courses minutes away will have you teeing up in no time. Silver Sands Outlet is conveniently located around the corner.

Additional Information

• Daily beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included. (March through October)

• Parking is first-come, first served. There is no assigned parking, and no parking passes.

• No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property.

• There are active security cameras in this property's common areas only.

• No pets are allowed.

• You must be 25 years or older to rent this condo.

We had a wonderful stay - the condo was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and exceeded our expectations. Alan was a great host and had very quick communication. The unit had the perfect beach view, the beach service was such a perk, and the pool is huge! We enjoyed that the smaller kids pool was heated for our toddler as well. I can’t say enough positive things about this condo! My husband, our 4 young kids and myself spent 10 days here and it was amazing. The location is great, right around the corner from whatever you need. Saw dolphins from our balcony most mornings. The condo was spacious and extremely clean. If we come to Destin again next year, we will definitely be staying here. Alan was so great to work with. Got back to us with any questions we had before leaving and when we were there. Just an overall wonderful trip!

Wonderful property and owner

We’ve been staying at the Crescent for at least 20 years. In all of the VRBO properties we’ve stayed in in both Miramar Beach and elsewhere, I’ve never dealt with a more dedicated, attentive, and responsive owner. Alan is extremely kind, professional and clearly puts his guests first. We had a wonderful stay.
